Algo que puede debilitar nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFCuales_son_los_sintomas_de_la_falta_de_vitamina_D\"><\/span><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los s\u00edntomas de la falta de vitamina D?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Los s\u00edntomas de la falta de vitamina D no est\u00e1n muy consensuados, aunque se suele asociar con cansancio permanente, infecciones o dolores musculoesquel\u00e9ticos frecuentes o deformidades \u00f3seas. Lo m\u00e1s probable es no presentar s\u00edntomas, pero el d\u00e9ficit de vitamina D se relaciona con un mayor riesgo de carcinoma renal, de osteoporosis, complicaciones en pacientes con VIH, enfermedades cardiovasculares o un mayor riesgo de afecciones de la piel en esclerosis sist\u00e9micas.<\/p>\n<p>Por el contrario, un nivel adecuado de vitamina D protege frente a infecciones respiratorias, regula el sistema inmunitario durante el embarazo, mejora los s\u00edntomas del s\u00edndrome de intestino irritable, aumenta la inmunidad celular en tuberculosis y es beneficioso en pacientes con c\u00e1ncer de mama.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFEn_que_alimentos_se_encuentra_la_vitamina_D\"><\/span><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 alimentos se encuentra la vitamina D?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Por todo ello, te proponemos una lista de alimentos ricos en vitamina D para aumentar y mantener unos niveles \u00f3ptimos. Algunos alimentos que cuentan con este nutriente son los huevos; los pescados azules como las sardinas, el salm\u00f3n, el at\u00fan o la caballa; las setas como, por ejemplo, los champi\u00f1ones; y los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenal.com\/parafarmacia\/nutricion\/despensa\/bebidas\/c\/1_0000001186\">l\u00e1cteos<\/a> como la leche, el yogur o el queso tambi\u00e9n cuentan con vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p>El marisco, los langostinos o las gambas; el pollo; el germen de trigo; y el aceite de h\u00edgado de bacalao son algunos de los alimentos m\u00e1s ricos en vitamina D. Entre los frutos secos con vitamina D se encuentran las almendras, las nueces o las pipas de girasol; mientras que algunas frutas con vitamina D son la naranja o el aguacate.<\/p>\n<p>Siempre que puedas acompa\u00f1a el consumo de estos alimentos con la exposici\u00f3n al sol durante unos 20 minutos al d\u00eda para que mantener unos niveles \u00f3ptimos de vitamina D.
